We have started Unit 2 which is based on The Be Real Game. Students will be taking on character roles and using theior roles to explore various career options, budgeting, and education options.

Welcome to Careers! As part of Unit 1 we will be doing lots of personality surveys and questionaires to learn more about ourselves. We will then be looking at Communication and Listening Skills. Portfolio 1 will be due at the end of this unit. See Careers Link above for outline of Portfolio 1.

We are currently working on our culminating tasks. They are worth 30% of the final mark for the course, so they are VERY important!
We will be researching in the computer lab all week for our projects. Outlines of the project choices are available on the links to the right of this post.
